Feeding Instructions

Our feeding guidelines are pretty simple: our treats are meant to complement your pet's well-balanced diet, so think of them as a special snack or training reward rather than a meal replacement.

When it comes to quantity, every dog is unique and the right amount varies based on your dogā€™s breed, size, and activity level. We suggest following the general guideline that treats should account for no more than 10% of your dogā€™s daily caloric intake to maintain a balanced diet.

If you're ever unsure, or if your dog has specific health concerns, it's best to have a chat with your vet. They can give you personalized advice to make sure your dog is getting just the right amount of love in treat form.

When introducing new foods to your pets' diet, exercise caution and follow your veterinarian's advice. Always provide access to clean, fresh water and monitor your pet consuming treats.

As our treats are raw, it is advised to take the same precautions as you would with raw meat. Wash hands with soap and warm water after handling.

For maximum freshness, we recommend resealing the pouch after opening and storing it in a cool, dry location. Refrigeration or freezing of our treats is unnecessary.

Shipping & Handling

Complete street addresses are required for all deliveries; our packages cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes. On all orders under $59 you will be offered carrier choice and the shipping fee will be based on package weight and your location. If the order is over $59 then your shipping is FREE!

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 3-6 business days once shipped to be delivered (Hawaii and Alaska may take longer). Domestic orders will ship via USPS or UPS, and orders to Canada will be shipped via DHL Express.

Returns & Refunds

At Adventure Dogs Co., we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please take a moment to review our return and refund policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

Please note that all sales made through Adventure Dogs Co.'s online store and at in-person events are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once the products are shipped. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

2. Wrong or Damaged Items

In the unfortunate event that you receive a wrong or damaged item from our online store, we are committed to making it right. Here's how to proceed:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order at support@adventuredogscompany.com to report the issue.
  • Please provide detailed information about the problem, including your order number and a description of the wrong or damaged item.
  • Our customer support team will respond promptly to assist you. We may request additional information or photos to better understand the issue.
  • Once we have verified the issue, we will make every effort to resolve it to your satisfaction. This may include sending a replacement item or offering an appropriate solution based on the specific situation.

3. Inclement Weather Delays

Please be aware that inclement weather conditions may occasionally impact the delivery schedule of your order. While we strive to minimize such delays, we appreciate your understanding and patience in cases where weather conditions may affect the timely delivery of your package.

4. Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we are here to assist you. Here's our process for lost packages:

  • Once the carrier has officially confirmed a package as lost, please contact our customer support team at support@adventuredogscompany.com.
  • We will work closely with you to find the best solution, which may include a replacement shipment.

Please note that the carrier's confirmation of a lost package is a crucial step in initiating this process. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in these situations.

5. Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery

To ensure the integrity of your order, we strongly recommend inspecting the package carefully upon delivery to identify any potential shipping damages. If you notice any visible damage to the package, please make a note of it with the delivery driver and take photos if possible. This will help expedite the resolution process in case of damaged items.
